How it works
When you sponsor a desk, your donation covers the tuition and fees for one Pathway Academy student. While not tied to a specific student, your support ensures a desk at the school is available for a deserving child to receive an education.
Where does my donation go?
100% of every dollar donated through sponsorship goes directly toward covering the cost of a student attending Pathway Academy, with all funds spent in Sierra Leone. Here’s how the funds are allocated:
- Teachers’ Salaries (54%): Attracting and retaining top educators from the Serria Leone with competitive pay and benefits.
- School Operations (26%): Covering utilities, internet access, maintenance, and essential school resources.
- Administrative Costs (20%): Supporting standardized test fees, classroom resources, and school administration.

Each desk sponsorship covers the monthly tuition and fees for a Pathway Academy student.
Desk Sponsorship
Sponsor one desk for either a full term or half term with the option to pay monthly or through a one-time donation. Or choose to be a Life-Time Learner sponsor, where your generous donation will be invested in a legacy fund, with investment proceeds providing tuition for one student in perpetuity.

As a classroom sponsor, your donation will cover tuition and fees for an entire classroom of Pathway Academy students for one academic year.
